The Covid-19 pandemic and the first lockdown were an ordeal for the employees and users of the Toulouse community health center. A general practitioner testifies to this, insisting that an unconditional welcome for users was maintained and that current condition were adapted to. Remote medicine practices implied taking into account the reservations of patients of popular origin to “allow themselves to say what’s wrong” and to “confess their fear”. She reminds us that the suffering body is not just an image and that responding to a health crisis cannot come into violation with the law.
