N2  - RésuméLe patrimoine urbain s’est développé à Montevideo selon une conception muséale instaurée par l’État. À partir de 1995 la municipalité a élaboré un plan d’aménagement (P.O.T) qui fait du patrimoine une notion banalisée et intégrée à la planification urbaine selon trois modalités-: la récupération, la redéfinition, l’implicite. La ville elle-m_me et son territoire deviennent patrimoine. Il en change de nature et tend à recentrer l’agglomération contradictoirement à son extension linéaire; Urban heritage expanded in Montevideo as a museum concept coming from the state administration. Since 1995 the city hall conceived a territory planning (P.O.T), who transformed the heritage into a common idea integrated to urban planning while following three ways: salvation, redefinition, and the implicit.
