N2  - Le racisme en Corse est-il plus fort que dans les autres régions françaises et a-t-il une coloration particulière ? La sociologue Marie Peretti-Ndiaye a traité cette délicate question dans un ouvrage récemment publié dont cet article rend compte. Est ainsi révélée la prégnance d’un conservatisme mêlant différents registres, « dont le point commun est la stigmatisation des “Maghrébins” sous couvert de participation au jeu démocratique […] Le racisme permet alors de combler la désarticulation du social et du politique par le biais de la naturalisation. » Bien qu’il soit en partie redevable à la forte implication des Corses dans le passé colonial français, il ne s’agit pas d’un racisme différent de celui qui ronge la France; Racism in Corsica is it stronger than in other French regions and he has a particular color?
