<br/><br/> Les mouvements de protestation que connaît le monde arabe depuis le début de 2011 sont motivés par des revendications économiques, politiques et morales, selon des dosages différents. Dans certains cas, les facteurs tribaux (Libye, Yémen) et religieux (Syrie, Bahrein) constituent des paramètres supplémentaires opérant une scission entre ceux qui soutiennent le régime et ceux qui lui sont hostiles. La présente réflexion tournera autour du rôle des appartenances organiques dans les prises de position politiques des différents acteurs. On s’interrogera aussi sur les critères d’attribution de la citoyenneté, entendue comme égale participation à la chose publique, la Syrie servant essentiellement de terrain d’analyse.  The Arab revolts requirements between citizens and community foldsThe protest movements taking place in the Arab world since the beginning of 2011 are instigated by economical, political, and moral claims in varying proportions. In some cases, tribal (Libya, Yemen) and religious factors (Syria, Bahrein) constitute additional particular causes implementing a separation between those who support the regime and those who are hostile to it. The present reflection will focus on the role of fundamental membership ties in defining the political stances of the different actors. We will also have to question the criteria for offering citizenship, which must be understood as an equal participation to the public sphere, Syria serving here as the main field of analysis.
