N2  - Le sujet de la gouvernance associative a fait l’objet depuis une vingtaine d’années de travaux de recherche majeurs. En partant de la théorie des organisations, les chercheurs analysent la gouvernance associative en soulignant les caractéristiques communes ou différentes entre les associations et les entreprises. Notre objectif est dans le cadre de cet article de montrer comment les outils de la théorie des organisations, basée sur les entreprises, sont mobilisés pour les appliquer aux associations. Les associations, comme les entreprises, se questionnent sur leurs objectifs, les modalités de prise de décision, la nature des rapports de pouvoir, la circulation de l’information… dans un contexte d’information imparfaite; The topic of the governance of non-profit organizations has been the subject of major research work over the last twenty years. Starting from the theory of organizations, researchers analyze governance of non-profit organizations by highlighting the common or different characteristics between them and enterprises.
