Ne faut-il pas les relier à la fois à l’environnement de la Tunisie et aux réponses qu’elle apporte aux défis majeurs rencontrés ces dernières années ? Force est a lors de constater la concomitance entre l’ouverture d’un nouveau cycle politique et l’engagement du pays dans les aléas de la transition économique libérale.  The political world in Tunisia has drawn back from the Bourguiba years. How can we measure the changes that have occurred in laying the foundations of the new regime ? They may be related both to the Tunisian environment and to the answers the country has given to the major challenges it has faced in recent years. We cannot avoid seeing that the beginning of a new political cycle coincides with the country’s involvement in the hazards of the liberal economic transition.
