<br/><br/> La création de l’Etat d’Israël en 1948 et l’occupation israélienne de la Cisjordanie et de Gaza à partir de 1967, ont provoqué la dislocation du corps des avocats en trois branches, selon des clivages géographique et idéologique. Ceux-ci peuvent-ils, dans la Palestine d’après Oslo, se structurer en acteurs sociaux susceptibles de faire pression sur l’Autorité palestinienne, en vue de l’édification d’un Etat de droit et d’une société civile ?  The creation of the State of Israel in 1948 and the Israeli occupation of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip from 1967 split the Bar Association into three branches along geographical and ideological lines. In post-Oslo Palestine, will they be able to form themselves into social actors able to bring pressure to bear on the Palestinian Authority, with a view to establishing the rule of law and a civil society ?
