<br/><br/> La première partie de l’article décrit l’approche originale de La Métis - Rencontres 93, structure née de la rencontre entre l’éducation populaire et la psychanalyse. Elle prend en charge, en milieu ouvert, des mineurs. Chacun fait l’objet d’une prise en charge personnalisée par une série d’acteurs : famille d’accueil, psychologues, éducateurs, et, ce qui est original, « accordeurs ». Les soins psychiatriques, quand ils sont nécessaires, sont prodigués en-dehors de la structure, ce qui sanctuarise le lien thérapeutique. La structure continue de jouer son rôle d’accompagnement du jeune lors des hospitalisations. La seconde partie présente un outil original mis en place par les psychologues de La Métis - Rencontres 93. La structure qui accueille les mineurs se voit transmettre leur dossier, dont l’expérience prouve qu’il est très incomplet, voire erroné. Les résultats de cette collection de données provenant de diverses sources, sociales, psychologiques, médicales, judiciaires, etc. en termes d’évitement de doublons dans la prise en charge et de prévention / traitement d’épisodes massifs sont positifs. Ils montrent l’importance d’un dialogue entre professionnels appartenant à des champs et des institutions différents, fournissant une nouvelle preuve « qu’un pédopsychiatre seul, ça n’existe pas. »  The first part of the article describes the original approach of La Métis - Rencontres 93, an organisation born from the meeting of popular éducation and psychoanalysis. It takes charge of minors. Each subject is taken care of individually by a series of actors with very different roles : foster parents, psychologists, educators, and, most original, “tuners”. Their role to organize the minor’s schedule, to mediate between the minor and institutions, to make access to the minor’s extended family feasible, etc. Psychiatric care, when needed, is provided outside of the organisation, therefore sanctuarising the therapeutic relationship, while the organisation escorts the minors during their hospitalisation. The second part of the article presents an original tool developed by the psychologists at La Métis - Rencontres 93. The minors entrusted to the organisation come with a file, which contains the history of their previous placements, part of their medical history and judicial record, etc. Experience shows that these files omit or distort a lot of facts that can be gleaned from the records of juvenile courts. The positive results, in terms of the suppression of duplicate efforts and prevention / management of massive episodes, of this collection from different sources points to the necessity of a dialogue between these sources, i.e. cooperation between professionals from different fields in different institutions, another proof that “a pedopsychiatrist alone doesn’t exist.”
