N2  - Le transhumanisme vise à améliorer l’homme par le biais des technologies mettant en question les valeurs traditionnelles philosophiques et théologiques de don, de filiation, de paternité. La vie en elle-même n’est plus vécue comme don reçu, mais elle est soumise à diverses interventions techno-centriques. La théologie du don est ainsi appelée à réaffirmer les valeurs inaliénables de la vie, non pas dans un système de pensée technophobe mais par l’appréciation de ce qu’il y a de positif dans chaque technique en vue de la continuation de l’œuvre de la création; Transhumanism aims to improve mankind through technologies that challenge the traditional philosophical and theological values of gift, filiation, paternity. Life itself is no longer lived as a gift received, but is subject to various techno-centric interventions. The theology of giving is thus called upon to reaffirm the inalienable values of life, not in a technophobic system of thought but through the appreciation of what is positive in each technology for the continuation of the work of creation
