N2  - RésuméCet article concerne la particularité du traitement psychanalytique de la paranoïa. Le point de vue doctrinal de Freud a réfuté la possibilité d’une cure psychanalytique avec des patients psychotiques. Pourtant cette position n’a pas empêché de commencer avec certains d’entre eux une cure psychanalytique et d’en obtenir des résultats cliniques. Nous proposons plus particulièrement une étude clinique au sujet du transfert paranoïaque. Lès concepts d’érotomanie et de passion sont au cœur de notre approche; This article concerns the particularity of psychoanalytic treatment in paranoia. Freud’s doctrinal point of view refuse the possibility of psychoanalytic cure with psychotics patients. However, this fact does not preclude to begin psychoanalytic cure with them and obtain clinical results. More particularly, we propose clinical study regarding the field of paranoia transfer. The concepts of erotomania and of passion are at the heart of our approach
