L&#x2019;article analyse les d&#xE9;bats qui ont conduit &#xE0; cette r&#xE9;forme ainsi que son mode de fabrication. La r&#xE9;forme a &#xE9;t&#xE9; n&#xE9;goci&#xE9;e entre les syndicats, le patronat et l&#x2019;&#xC9;tat, la CGT, la CFDT et le MEDEF imposant leur r&#xE9;f&#xE9;rentiel (ce qui n&#x2019;exclut pas des visions tactiques diff&#xE9;rentes). Deux aspects de l&#x2019;impl&#xE9;mentation de la r&#xE9;forme &#x2013; la mesure d&#x2019;audience des syndicats et la transparence de leur financement &#x2013; montrent que les objectifs poursuivis sont loin d&#x2019;avoir &#xE9;t&#xE9; atteints. La participation aux &#xE9;lections professionnelles reste contrast&#xE9;e et d&#xE9;cline&#xA0;; le paysage syndical n&#x2019;a pas &#xE9;t&#xE9; simplifi&#xE9;&#xA0;; la transparence du financement syndical n&#x2019;est qu&#x2019;un formalisme&#xA0;; la sous-syndicalisation perdure&#x2026; Manifestement, aucun changement de fond n&#x2019;est intervenu malgr&#xE9; le chamboulement des r&#xE8;gles juridiques. Cela interroge sur les r&#xE9;alit&#xE9;s de la &#xAB;&#xA0;r&#xE9;novation de la d&#xE9;mocratie sociale&#xA0;&#xBB; qui a &#xE9;t&#xE9; entreprise.</subfield>

    <subfield code="a">Industrial relations &#x201C;&#xE0; la fran&#xE7;aise&#x201D; have known a deep change of their rules in 2008. The paper analyzes the debates who explain this reform as well as its process. The reform was negotiated between labor unions, employers and the State. Two characteristics of the implementation of the reform &#x2013; the measure of audience of labor unions and the transparency of their financing &#x2013; show that the objectives were not reached for the moment. The participation in the professional elections remains contrasted and declines; the labor-union landscape was not simplified; the transparency of the labor-union financing is only a formalism; the sub-unionization continues&#x2026; Obviously, no thorough change intervened in spite of the shake-up of the legal rules. That questions about the realities of the &#x201C;renovation of the social democracy&#x201D; which was committed.</subfield>
