N2  - Le mouvement de fragilisation des positions parentales, par l’évolution des mœurs et l’assistance médicale à la procréation, remet en cause les principes juridiques au fondement du modèle familial traditionnel. L’enfant et la fonction éducative des parents s’y trouvent placés au centre des préoccupations sociales et des débats en cours sur les rapports complexes entre parenté, parentalité et filiation. À partir de l’exemple français, l’article donne quelques éléments d’éclairage sur cette complexité, l’incertitude qu’elle génère et les perspectives qui se dégagent; The weakening of parental positions, through the evolution of morals and the medically assisted procreation, calls into question the legal principles at the foundation of the traditional family model. The child and the educational role of parents are placed at the center of the social concerns and of the current debates on the complex relationships between parenthood and filiation.
