N2  - RésuméL’espace russe est de retour, grâce aux nouvelles capacités de financement dégagées par le budget de l’État. Les années 1990 ont pourtant très largement fait perdre à la Russie ses positions éminentes dans les technologies spatiales. Et la stratégie actuelle de restructuration, destinée à lui rendre toute sa place, paraît inachevée : à la concentration en holdings ne correspondent ni véritable privatisation ni ouverture aux capitaux étrangers. Ses résultats pourraient donc être mitigés; Thanks to new financing capacities freed by the state budget, there is a rebirth of Russian space. The 1990s have however seen Russia lose very largely its eminent positions in space technologies. And the current restructuring strategy, aiming at giving back to Russia its position, seems incomplete: no true privatization or opening to foreign capital corresponds with the concentration in holdings. Its results could therefore be uncertain
