N2  - Les crises au flanc Est de l’Iran éclairent les vulnérabilités de la République islamique, et ses possibilités d’action dans la région. En Afghanistan, l’Iran cherche à éviter l’instabilité mais aussi la domination américaine à ses frontières. Avec le Pakistan, la coopération interétatique est limitée, et déterminée par la question baloutche, minorité irrédentiste présente sur trois États.
