N2  - The educational relationship is a process of transformation of the learner and of harmonious development of is/her skills, without denying those of the educator. This relationship can resituate its characteristics and functions in an in-between perspective, where the sharing of knowledge between the educator and the learner allows a sharing of space between them, supported by communication. This makes it possible to consider in a different way the problem of the role of the educational actors in the educational relationship. This article proposes a reflection on the relevance of rivileging a pedagogy of the in-between by operating a synthesis between the notions of education and in-between; La relation éducative est un processus de transformation de l’apprenant et de développement harmonieux de ses compétences, sans nier celles de l’éducateur. Cette relation peut resituer ses caractéristiques et ses fonctions dans une perspective de l’entre-deux, où le partage de connaissance entre l’éducateur et l’apprenant permet un partage d’espace entre eux, soutenu par la communication. Cela permet d’envisager autrement une problématique du rôle des acteurs de l’Éducation dans la relation éducative.
