<br/><br/> Resumé À partir de son expérience avec les personnalités schizoïdes, Fairbairn a élaboré la théorie des relations d’objet. D. Widlöcher reprendra en 2000 l’opposition entre théorie de l’attachement (Bowlby), libido en quête d’objet (Fairbairn), d’une part, et théorie sur la sexualité infantile, d’autre part. Il nous semble méconnaître chez Fairbairn l’importance de la théorie de la relation d’objet en ce qu’elle peut être comprise comme une relance fantasmatique d’un lien à l’objet (comme la sexualité infantile selon Widlöcher) alors même que reconnaître cette importance aurait appuyé sa démonstration. Nous évoquons un article de Fonagy liant théorie de l’attachement et personnalités borderline qui rejoint, avec la question de la capacité réflexive, nos hypothèses mais nous semble ouvrir des perspectives thérapeutiques différentes.  From his clinic with schizoid patients, Fairbairn has elaborated the object-relations theory. In 2000, Widlöcher will go over again the opposition between attachment theory (Bowlby), object-seeking libido (Fairbairn) on one hand and infantile sexuality on the other hand. He may underestimate the importance of object-relations theory in the way that it may be understood as a fantasmatic revival of the link to the object, as Widlöcher understand infantile sexuality. To recognize this importance would have reinforced his demonstration. We evok a Fonagy’s paper which links attachment theory and borderline personality. The issue of the reflexive capacity in this paper joints our hypotheses but seems to open different therapeutic perspectives.
