<br/><br/> Resumé Ce cas clinique retrace le travail accompli pendant deux ans de thérapie psychanalytique d’un syndrome autistique sévère. La prise en charge se concentre autour de la problématique du rythme et de la voix, compte tenu du symptôme principal de Sarah : une carapace sonore. Il conclut à la possibilité de produire une entrée dans le langage, mais aussi de sa labilité, et souligne l’intérêt des prises en charge précoces.  Sarah: rythm and voice in the treatment of an autistic syndromeThis clinical presentation talks about the psychoanalytic therapy of a severe autistic syndrome. The treatment deals mainly with rhythm and voice, as Sarah’s main symptom is a "sound envelop". It concludes on the possibility of making an entrance in language for these children, but also on the fragility of such capacity, and stresses the interest of early intervention.
