N2  - Resumé Objectifs et arrière-plan théorique: travailler avec les parents au sein d'un CATTP petits nous a conduit à rechercher l'historique des relations entre soignants, psychanalystes et parents d'enfants autistes afin de confronter notre expérience aux textes. Méthode: (1) Recension des écrits, en particulier psychanalytiques, sur ce sujet. (2) Repérage des éléments nouveaux apportés par le dispositif du CATTP petits aux parents. Résultats, discussion: la prise en compte des parents dans les écrits a évolué: mis en cause dans les premiers écrits, ils deviennent absents de l'appareil théorique des analystes à partir des années 1960. Quelques articles les mentionnent plus récemment. Le nôtre en fait partie: nous évoquons les différentes fonctions du CATTP petits dans la relation entre parents et enfants et insistons sur l'attitude de l'équipe qui, pour pouvoir accueillir ce qui vient des parents, en suspend la recherche de causes étiologiques. Conclusion: les parents investissent d'autant mieux la prise en charge qu'ils sont inclus dans le dispositif; The autistic child and his parents: an example of work in a CATTP for small children Objective/background: Working with parents in a CATTP for young children (center for part-time and therapeutic care) led us to review the relationship between the parents of Autism Spectrum Disorders children and their careworkers, particularly in psychoanalytic studies. Method: critical review of key psychoanalytic studies and clinical presentation of our work at the CATTP. Results/discussion: The seminal authors clearly implicate parents in the aetiology of autism, however subsequent authors (Tustin, Meltzer, Haag) are carefull not to call into question the parents. In a second part, we present the CATTP's work, which closely associates parents and careworkers. Away from the school setting and alongside with the OPD therapeutic consultation, our therapeutic device fosters the therapeutic alliance. We present the CATTP framework, its different functions vis a vis the parent and the child (e.g. anaclitic support for the parent, containing of the drive motions, sharing of experiences, working with a transitional area). We emphasize the team attitude which receives whatever comes from the parents by suspending any inquiry on etiological questions. Such a standpoint comforts the parents and increase their self-confidence
