<br/><br/> Resumé L’auteur présente le travail artistique de deux femmes artistes du mouvement de l’Art Corporel et postule que leurs performances publiques rejoignent la question universelle de la place du corps dans la société contemporaine. Dans cet art sans médiation le corps est à la fois maîtrisé, malmené, jeté hors de ses limites et exposé à l’attention de l’autre, figure divine, autre groupal du public ou figure maternelle archaïque.  Performers: the limits of the body and the body of the other On the artwork of Marina Abramovich et Gina Pane The author presents the artwork of two women artists of the movement of Body Art, and assumes that their public performances meet the universal question of the place of the body in contemporary society. In this art without mediation body is at the same time controlled, abused, thrown out of its limits and exposed to the attention of the other, either a Divine figure, a Group figure or the archaic mother.
