Jean-Louis Le Moigne et le Paradigme d’Auto-éco-ré-organisation ou d’auto-organisation éco-systémique : Naviguer dans la Complexité Managériale

<br/><br/> Pour J-L Le Moigne, le concept d’auto-éco-réorganisation et la conception de l’organisation qui le sous-tend introduisent un renouveau, une nouvelle perspective voire un changement de paradigme pour penser les systèmes complexes que sont les systèmes ou organismes sociaux tels que les entreprises, municipalités, hôpitaux etc.. Pour J-L Le Moigne, ce concept d’auto-éco-ré-organisation prolonge la réémergence du concept d’organisation à l’initiative notamment de H.A. Simon et surtout E. Morin. Cet article vise tout d’abord à dépeindre ce paradigme de l’organisation auto-eco-ré-organisatrice, selon J-L Le Moigne avec ses dimensions d’autonomie, de relation synchronique à l’environnement (éco-organisation), dans un processus diachronique récursif. Puis l’apport de ce concept est exploré au travers des auteurs qui l’ont mobilisé dans le domaine du management en termes d’adaptabilité, de changement et en termes d’innovation.  For Jean-Louis Le Moigne, the concept of self-eco-re-organization and the conception of the organization that underlies it introduce a renewal, a new perspective, or even a paradigm shift in thinking about complex systems such as social systems or organizations like businesses, municipalities, hospitals, etc. According to Jean-Louis Le Moigne, this concept of self-eco-re-organization extends the resurgence of the organizational concept, initiated in particular by Herbert A. Simon and especially Edgar Morin. This article aims first to depict the paradigm of the self-eco-re-organizing organization, according to Jean-Louis Le Moigne, with its dimensions of autonomy and a synchronic relationship with the environment (eco-organization), in a recursive diachronic process. Then, the contribution of this concept is explored through the authors who have employed it in the field of management in terms of adaptability, change, and innovation.
