N2  - Résumé À travers l’analyse des discours d’usagers – de psychotro~pes illicites et/ou licites – exerçant une activité professionnelle régulière, les auteurs explorent la dimension sociale de la consom~mation de drogues : comment les consommateurs gèrent cette pra~tique et leur intégration dans un milieu professionnel; comment l’usage de psychotropes, parfois source d’exclusion, peut aussi servir l’adaptation sociale et professionnelle. Cet article fait suite à une recherche financée par l’Observatoire français des drogues et toxicomanies; By analysing the testimony of users of psychotropic drugs (legal and/or illegal) who are in regular employment, the authors explore the social side of drug consumption: how the users of these substances manage their habit and integrate them within their professional environment; how the use of psychotropic drugs, that sometimes is a source of exclusion, can also help social and professional adaptation.
