N2  - Based on a clinical vignette, this article sets out to describe how heartbreak recapitulates the treatment of loss, and how the eroticized anticipation of the risk of loss in transference is a potentially fruitful form of overcoming it. It seems to me that experiencing these psychic processes in therapy – from the experience of the risk of loss, to the reality of the loss, to its reactualization in the interview, to its reversal in transference – enabled my patient to use the gaze of the other as a stopping point, thus relaunching hysterical identification processes, in the service of a mourning experienced in its hollow and supported in transference; En s’appuyant sur une vignette clinique, cet article s’attèle à décrire la manière dont le chagrin d’amour récapitule le traitement de la perte et la manière dont l’anticipation érotisée de son risque dans le transfert en est une forme possiblement féconde de dépassement. Éprouver ces processus psychiques en thérapie : de l’éprouvé du risque de perte au réel de la perte, à ses réactualisations en entretien, jusqu’à son retournement dans le transfert, a permis à notre patiente de se servir du regard de l’autre comme d’un point de butée, relançant alors les processus identificatoires hystériques, au service d’un deuil éprouvé dans son creux et soutenu dans le transfert
