N2  - RÉSUMÉCet article a pour objet l’analyse des rapports sociaux internes à un institut de recherche en sciences exactes dans l’Ouzbékistan indépendant, qui fut une ancienne république de l’URSS. Dans une perspective anthropologique, l’activité scientifique est articulée aux relations interpersonnelles qui se développent dans les autres sphères d’insertion des acteurs, et notamment la famille et la parenté. L’accent est mis sur l’importance de l’oppression politique et idéologique de l’État, dans un contexte dictatorial et nationalitaire; Crisis in a scientific research institute of Uzbekistan This article deals with internal social relationships in a science institute of Uzbekistan after the independence from the USSR. Following an anthropological perspective, scientific activity is articulated with interpersonal relationships in other spheres in which individuals are inserted, specially family and kinship. A stress is put upon the importance of political and ideological oppression from the State in a dictatorial and nationalitarian context
