Puis la relecture d’une lettre de Louis Althusser à Jacques Lacan, revenant sur le sens de l’excommunication de Lacan de la Société Française de Psychanalyse, nous amène à souligner les enjeux du repérage d’une rupture entre théorie et pratique, sans pour autant que la théorie n’ait rien à dire de cette rupture d’une part, et de la clinique psychanalytique d’autre part; We recall the origin of the clinical Colleges, from the creation of the clinical section by Lacan to the colleges of the psychoanalytic clinic of the SPFLF.
