N2  - Le cas Lactane retrace une expérience de transformation en « entreprise libérée ». Il permet d’étudier un processus de débureaucratisation et d’identifier ses différents outils et étapes. Il ouvre la discussion sur les contraintes et limites des formes d’organisation dites « libérées ». Il permet de comprendre les réponses possibles à ces limites en étudiant comment les acteurs parviennent à composer des formes hybrides de contrôle managérial. Le cas invite les apprenants à débattre sur les positions radicalement antibureaucratiques soutenues dans certains travaux critiques en management et diffusés dans le monde professionnel par des consultants et médias; The Lactane case traces a « free form » transition experience of a firm. It allows to study a debureaucratization process and to identify the different stages and tools of this transformation. It opens the discussion on the constraints and limits of so-called “free form” organization. Finally, it allows to understand the possible answers to these limits and to study how actors manage to compose hybrid control forms that simultaneously support managerial control, autonomy and responsibility of workers
