<br/><br/> L’État islamique essaye de pénétrer en Asie centrale, s’appuyant sur les défaillances de certains États et une pauvreté endémique. Cependant, les populations restent peu sensibles à la rhétorique de cette organisation terroriste qui toutefois demeurera menaçante et susceptible d’actions violentes mais ponctuelles.  ISIS is trying to penetrate Central Asia, building on the failures of certain states and an endemic poverty. However, the people remains insensitive to the rhetoric of such terrorist organization who remains threatening and susceptible to violent but punctual actions.
