<br/><br/> La fréquence des crises majeures ayant un impact sanitaire augmente. Leur complexité et leur intensité s’accroissent. La crise liée à la pandémie de Covid-19 a été particulièrement exceptionnelle par sa sévérité et sa durée. Si la gestion de l’incertitude a représenté un challenge majeur du début de crise, les solutions apportées par la suite ont fait appel à de multiples innovations technologiques et organisationnelles. Le grand enjeu de l’après-crise sera d’assurer la transmission des savoirs et savoir-faire acquis durant la crise au travers de l’établissement d’une véritable culture institutionnelle de la préparation aux crises.  The frequency of major crises with a health impact is increasing, and their complexity and intensity are growing. The crisis linked to the Covid-19 pandemic was particularly exceptional in its severity and duration. While the management of uncertainty was a major challenge at the beginning of the crisis, the solutions provided afterwards called for multiple technological and organizational innovations. The major challenge of the post-crisis period will be to ensure the transmission of the knowledge and know-how acquired during the crisis through the establishment of a genuine institutional culture of crisis preparedness.
