<br/><br/> L’Occident jusqu’à présent percevait la globalisation comme positive car de conception néolibérale. Or, ce mouvement se retourne désormais au profit de l’Orient et singulièrement de la Chine. Le retrait du monde occidental est en partie dû à des causes endogènes et oblige celui-ci à repenser ses objectifs.  Until now the West has seen the neo-liberal concept of globalisation in a positive light, and yet the movement is now changing to the benefit of the Orient, and especially of China. The retreat of the Western World stems in part from internal causes which oblige it to review its objectives.
