N2  - RésuméLa question de l’inceste interroge à la fois les anthropologues et les psychanalystes. Mais leurs problématiques, comme leurs instruments de recherche, diffèrent considérablement. Comment établir une continuité entre ces deux approches ? Ou, en d’autres termes, comment faire apparaître ce qui leur est commun, malgré ces différences, derrière un même terme ? Ce texte cherche à répondre à cette question à travers la problématique des rapports entre mères et filles : problématique qui, par ses régularités autant que par ses conséquences sociales, intéresse non seulement la psychanalyse et l’anthropologie, mais aussi la sociologie; Incest is an issue that concerns both anthropologists and psychoanalysts, but their research interests as well as their research tools differ dramatically. How can one bridge the gap between these two approaches ? How can one demonstrate what they have in common, in spite of those differences ? This issue will be addressed here through the relationship between mothers and daughters.
