N2  - Cet article présente les principaux résultats d’une recherche-intervention dont l’objectif était l’expérimentation d’une démarche-support méthodologique à l’innovation organisationnelle dans le secteur bancaire luxembourgeois. Le déploiement de cette démarche s’appuie sur la co-conception d’un référentiel organisationnel partagé, véritable « objet-frontière » entre le processus de gestion des connaissances, capable de régénérer les capacités organisationnelles, et le processus de résolution de problèmes, qui en détecte les dysfonctionnements; Innovation and development of organizational capabilities.
