<br/><br/> À partir de la clinique exposée par T. Bokanowski, l’auteur propose une théorie pulsionnelle énergétique du processus qui lui semble nécessaire pour faire face à la destructivité de certains patients : remise au travail de l’hallucinatoire, retour hallucinatoire du forclos, repérage des cycles autodestructeurs ; travail centré sur la “ névrose traumatique de transfert ” grâce à l’ “ hallucinatoire de transfert ”. C’est ainsi qu’une nouvelle dynamique processuelle pourrait transformer une part, limitée mais dynamiquement significative, de la répétition de mort en répétition de vie.  On the basis of the clinical material presented by T. Bokanowski, the author puts forward the theory of a drive energy driven process that seems to him to be necessary in the face of the destructivity of certain patients : a renewal of the work of the hallucinatory process, the hallucinatory return of the forclosed, the identification of self-destructive cycles, that is, work centred on the “ traumatic neurosis of the transference ” thanks to the “ hallucinatory component of transference ”. New process dynamics could thus transform a limited, but dynamically significant part of death repetition into life repetition.
