N2  - À partir de la clinique exposée par T. Bokanowski, l’auteur propose une théorie pulsionnelle énergétique du processus qui lui semble nécessaire pour faire face à la destructivité de certains patients : remise au travail de l’hallucinatoire, retour hallucinatoire du forclos, repérage des cycles autodestructeurs ; travail centré sur la “ névrose traumatique de transfert ” grâce à l’ “ hallucinatoire de transfert ”. C’est ainsi qu’une nouvelle dynamique processuelle pourrait transformer une part, limitée mais dynamiquement significative, de la répétition de mort en répétition de vie; On the basis of the clinical material presented by T. Bokanowski, the author puts forward the theory of a drive energy driven process that seems to him to be necessary in the face of the destructivity of certain patients : a renewal of the work of the hallucinatory process, the hallucinatory return of the forclosed, the identification of self-destructive cycles, that is, work centred on the “ traumatic neurosis of the transference ” thanks to the “ hallucinatory component of transference ”.
