N2  - Face aux défis de l’Anthropocène, des formations en gestion détaillent les relations causales entre activités économiques et impacts écologiques. Cet article mobilise le concept d’imaginaire social de Castoriadis pour explorer une approche pédagogique complémentaire : un séminaire basé sur l’art. L’analyse visuelle des œuvres créées par des étudiants identifie quatre archétypes : révéler, amplifier, réformer et jouer. Ceux-ci caractérisent des manières de critiquer les imaginaires de l’Anthropocène ou de proposer des imaginaires alternatifs, soulignant le potentiel de l’art pour appréhender les enjeux idéologiques de l’Anthropocène en gestion; Faced with the challenges of the Anthropocene, management programs are focusing on the causal relationships between economic activities and ecological impacts. This article draws on Castoriadis' concept of the social imaginary to explore a different pedagogical approach: an art-based seminar. A visual analysis of the artworks produced by students yields four archetypes: reveal, amplify, reform, and play. Each of these archetypes describes a way of criticizing the imaginaries of the Anthropocene, or offering alternative ones.
