The cure has the particularity of taking place in the institutional setting of the Institute of Psychoanalysis in Paris, and puts into persepective the transferencial-counter-transferencial interplay specific to vulnerable patients, called by some, “psychosomatic”; La desorganización somática brutal, ocurrida tras la pérdida afectiva de un ser querido, en una paciente todavía joven, confronta a su psicoanalista a replanteamientos de fondo tanto teóricos como técnicos. El desarrollo de la cura, que presenta la particularidad de desarrollarse en una institución, en concreto en el Instituto de Psicosomática de París, relaciona el juego transfero-contratransferencial con el funcionamiento específico de estos individuos vulnerables a los que llamamos “psicosomáticos”; Die brutale, sich beim tatsächlichen Verlust eines geliebten Menschen bei einer noch jungen Patientin ereignende somatische Desorganisation konfrontiert ihre Psychoanalytikerin mit sowohl theoretischen als auch technischen Grundfragen. Der Verlauf der Analyse, die die Besonderheit hat, in einer Einrichtung (nämlich dem Pariser Psychosomatischen Institut) stattzufinden, relativiert das spezifische Funktionieren dieser gefährdeten, als « psychosomatisch » bezeichneten Patienten hinsichtlich des Spiels der Übertragung-Gegenübertragung
