N2  - La reconstruction des locaux du tribunal de l’Élection de Paris, au cœur du Palais, donne lieu à la rédaction d’un procès-verbal d’état des lieux, en 1785, par le Bureau des finances de la généralité de Paris. Ce document éclaire le cadre architectural, matériel et spatial d’une juridiction parisienne. La centralité constituée de la salle d’audience et de la salle du conseil domine une périphérie composée de bureaux et de cabinets. Ces espaces sont liés par l’activité diffuse du buvetier. Se dessine ainsi une territorialité propre à un tribunal sous l’Ancien Régime; The reconstruction of the premises of the tribunal of the Election de Paris, which were located at the center of the Palais de justice, led to the writing of an official inventory in 1785 by the Bureau des Finances de la généralité de Paris. This report sheds light on the architectural, material and spatial framework of a Parisian jurisdiction. The courtroom and the Council room constituted the centrality that dominated a periphery composed of cabinets and offices. Those spaces were bound together by the spread activity of the refreshment seller. Thereby appears the territoriality proper to a tribunal under the Ancien Régime
