<br/><br/> Le pouvoir conféré par le droit mauricien de la famille à ce phénomène psychologique qui est la volonté des individus n’est pas le fruit d’un hasard et s’explique par un but précis, conforme au bon fonctionnement de la famille et au bien-être de ses membres. Néanmoins, ce pouvoir, conféré à la volonté des individus en droit mauricien de la famille, n’est point illimité. L’intérêt de la société mauricienne ou de ses membres exige donc d’imposer quelques limites au pouvoir de la volonté des individus dans ce domaine du droit civil mauricien.  The power bestowed on individuals and their will by Mauritian Family Law is not achieved by accident and is accounted for by a specific goal, consistent with the proper functioning of the family and the well-being of its members. However, this power, conferred on the will of individuals by Mauritian Family Law, is far from being unlimited. The interests of Mauritian society or those of its members require the imposition of some limits upon the power of the will of individuals in this area of Mauritian Civil Law.
