N2  - Élaborée comme une réflexion de théologie morale à partir de l’article de Maurice Godelier, « Systèmes de parenté et formes de familles », cette contribution souligne d’abord l’apport majeur de l’identification des fonctions universelles structurant les systèmes de parenté. Elle interroge ensuite les trois premières « positions théoriques » (rapport de la sexualité à la société, nécessité de l’intervention d’un tiers pour faire du fœtus un enfant, rapport de la famille à la société) pour formuler quelques remarques sur l’articulation entre anthropologie et bioéthique ainsi que sur la régulation des nouvelles possibilités de procréation offertes par les techniques biomédicales; Anthropology and bioethicsDeveloped as a reflection in moral theology on the basis of the article by Maurice Godelier, “Kinship systems and family forms”, this article emphasises first of all the major contribution made by identification of the universal functions that structure kinship systems. It then investigates the first three “theoretical positions” (relationship of sexuality to society, necessity of intervention of a third party to make a child of a fœtus, relationship of the family to society) in order to formulate certain remarks about the articulation between anthropology and bioethics, as well as on the regulation of the new possibilities for procreation offered by biomedical techniques
