A partir de cette situation, l’article se fait leçon de choses pour montrer comment et à quelles conditions il est possible de prendre « le jugement moral » comme objet de recherche et de le problématiser en théologie morale quand la foi façonne une manière de voir l’existence et l’être humain; The ethical debate of our pluralistic world with competition from the different points of view expressed brings everyone to wonder what may well be a moral judgment in general and a Christian moral judgment in particular and which can establish the legitimacy. From this situation, the article is a lesson to show how and under what conditions it is possible to take a « moral judgment » as an object of research and problematize it in moral theology when faith shapes a way to show the existence of the human being
