<br/><br/> Cet article fait le point sur l’itinéraire de recherche de l’auteure dans la perspective du care qu’elle a contribué à introduire en France. Le cadre épistémologique des sciences du travail a été construit selon un point de vue androcentré qui doit être dépassé au bénéfice d’une nouvelle conceptualisation du travail à partir de l’expérience féminisée du soin non spécialisé ou care. Il s’agit d’en finir avec les positions hautes et de reconceptualiser le travail à partir de sa périphérie, de ce qui a été rendu invisible ou indigne, pour montrer qu’on ne peut pas dissocier une analyse du travail du care de celle de l’éthique du care. Dans une société globale, cela implique une décolonisation des savoirs et des points de vue.  From a work civilisation to a caring societyThis article synthesizes the author’s research itinerary. She has contributed to the introduction of the concept of “care” in France. The epistemological framework of the sciences of work was constructed from a masculine point of view that must be put behind us to give way to a new conceptualisation of work based on the feminine experience of non-specialized care. This means ending the position of superiority and reconceptualising the concept of “work” taking as a starting point its’ periphery, that is, the part that was rendered invisible or considered unworthy of interest, thus showing that an analysis of care work cannot be distinct from that of the ethics of care. In a global society, this implies the decolonization of knowledge and of opinions.
