N2  - Si le transfert, puis le contre-transfert ont été découverts à quelques années de distance par Freud, puis compris comme phénomène inhérent à l’expérience psychanalytique, on assiste à leur reconnaissance juridique par le biais de la réglementation des psychothérapies. Mais le métier d’analyste est également porteur de risques pour celui qui l’exerce. Son implication émotionnelle dans la cure le rend vulnérable, parfois «sous influence»; le psychanalyste peut en être passagèrement «malade» et la formation continue des analystes est une nécessité; Counter-transference as a momentary neurosis of the analyst? If transference and counter-transference were discovered within a period of a few years by Freud and then identified as an inherent phenomenon of psychoanalysis, legal recognition was only conferred to them with the statutory regulation of psycho -therapies. But the profession of analyst is not without its risks – his or her emotional involvement may make them vulnerable and the analyst may thus experience a momentary period of sickness as a result. Hence the necessity for continuing vocational training for members of this profession
