N2  - Le Biologique échange en permanence énergie, matière et information avec son environnement. Ces échanges se font en opposition aux lois de la thermodynamique jusqu’à l’atteinte d’un stade critique : l’âge adulte. Le vieillissement correspond à la phase ontogénétique de gestion du stade critique, de l’âge adulte à la mort. Le vieillissement humain varie en fonction du temps, de l’espace, du sexe et à l’intérieur même de l’organisme. Il résulte de la mise en œuvre d’un schéma génétique grossier largement modulé par les contraintes de l’environnement lato sensu, c’est-à-dire la pression épigénétique. Par le biais des cascades de neurotransmetteurs et d’hormones mises en jeu, notre état psychique a un impact direct – négatif ou positif – sur le vieillissement; Biological organisms exchange continually energy, substancies and informations with the environment. These exchanges strive against the laws of thermodynamics until to reach a critical stage: adulthood. The ageing tally with the ontogenetic phase of critical stage management, from adulthood to death. The human ageing varies with time, space, sex and between organs in the body itself. The ageing results from the expression of a crude genetic pattern widely redesigned by environmental strength, i. e. the epigenetic pressure. Through flows of neurotransmitters and hormones, our psychic state has a direct impact – positive and negative- on the ageing
