<br/><br/> Il n’est pas aisé de cerner toutes les questions qui émanent du vaste champ des maltraitances intrafamiliales. La complexité est telle qu’il y aura lieu, lors de chaque nouvelle rencontre de famille, que les cliniciens adaptent leur manière de travailler, leurs représentations à la singularité des individus, qu’ils soient enfants ou parents. L’article développe, à travers une description clinique, deux concepts, à savoir l’enveloppe partenariale et l’approche structurelle. Ces deux aspects définissent, d’une certaine façon, le contenant et le contenu du processus d’accompagnement des familles à transaction maltraitante.  Systemic work with abusive families. It is not easy to determine all the questions which emanate from the vast field of the intrafamily abuse-treatments. The complexity is such that, at any new meeting, the clinicians will have to adapt their way of working, their representations, to the singularity of the individuals involved, whether they are children or adults. The article develops, through a clinical description, two concepts, namely the partnership envelope and the structural systemic approach. These two aspects define, in a certain way, the container and the content in the process of working with abuse-transaction families.  El trabajo sistemico con familias abusivas. No es fácil entender todas las preguntas que emanan del vasto campo de los maltratos intrafamiliares. La complejidad es tal que, a cada nuevo encuentro con la familia, los trabajadores clínicos tendran que adaptar su manera de trabajar y sus representaciones, a la singularidad de los individuos, niños o padres. A travez de una descripción clínica, el artículo desarrolla dos conceptos : « el sobre de la red » y el « enfoque estructural ». Estos dos aspectos definen, de cierto modo, lo que contiene y el contenido del proceso de trabajo con las familias abusivas.
