We report a case of spontaneous epidural hematoma diagnosed with cerebral CT scan in a homozygous sickle cell patient; L’hématome extra-dural est une complication neurologique très rare mais grave de la drépanocytose. Nous rapportons un cas d’hématome extra-dural spontané, diagnostiqué au scanner cérébral, chez un jeune homme drépanocytaire homozygote
