Thrombose veineuse ovarienne, une cause rare d’embolie pulmonaire : à propos d’un cas

<br/><br/> Ovarian vein thrombosis is a rare complication of the post-partum period. Pulmonary embolism is a serious complication that should be feared in this condition. The diagnosis is made by medical imagery. We report a case of bilateral post-cesarean ovarian vein thrombosis complicated by pulmonary embolism, in a 31-year-old patient, revealed by a persistent infectious syndrome. The diagnosis was made with a thoraco-abdomino-pelvic CT scan. Through this case, we recall the diagnostic aspects in medical imaging.  La thrombose veineuse ovarienne est une complication rare du post-partum. L’embolie pulmonaire est une complication grave qu’il faut craindre dans cette affection. Le diagnostic est assuré par l’imagerie médicale. Nous rapportons un cas de thrombose bilatérale post-césarienne des veines ovariennes compliquée d’une embolie pulmonaire, chez une patiente de 31 ans, révélée par un syndrome infectieux persistant. Le diagnostic a été fait au scanner thoraco-abdomino-pelvien. Nous rappelons à travers ce cas les aspects diagnostiques en imagerie médicale.
