The study of correspondence addressed during the Great War to a young villager living near the front stands out for its originality. A special relationship is forged between the family of a deceased from Tunisia and a family of farmers from Artois, a rapprochement based on the common knowledge of a deceased soldier and the work of mourning. Descriptive, factual, it brings both a touristic vision of Tunisia and that of a settler who adheres to the work undertaken by France in the protectorate. Finally, it allows you to follow in the footsteps of a territorial soldier, to discover Tunisia during the war.

L’étude d’une correspondance adressée pendant la Grande Guerre à une jeune villageoise vivant à proximité du front tranche par son originalité.
