Résumé L’approche du corps à partir des trois registres de J. Lacan permet de saisir la question de la subjectivation sexuelle. Cette sexuation se caractérise par le malentendu produit à partir du constat organique. Le corps sera capté dans le miroir et interrogé par la jouissance et le langage, par la lalangue. L’objet indéterminé de la pulsion et le sexe incertain amènent à articuler le choix du sexe et son objet : le corps s’y prend. Entre être et avoir, le sujet pourra se reconnaître d’un sexe ou de l’autre, là où se joue une perte nécessaire liée à la privation.

Abstract The approach to the body based on the three registers established by J. Lacan enables to grasp the issue of sexual subjectivation. This sexuation is characterized by the misunderstanding that results from the organic observation. The body will be captured in the mirror and will be questioned by jouissance and language, by the lalangue. The indeterminate object of the drive and the uncertain sex lead to articulate the choice of the sex and of its object: the body is caught up. Between being and having, the subject will identify with one sex or the other, where a necessary loss is linked to deprivation.

Resumenes La aproximación del cuerpo teniendo como marco los tres registros establecidos por J. Lacan permite desbrozar la cuestión de la subjetivación sexual. Sexuación caracterizada por el malentendido producido a partir de la constatación orgánica. El cuerpo será captado en el espejo, interrogado por el goce y el lenguaje, por la lalengua. La indeterminación del objeto de la pulsión y el sexo incierto llevan a la articulación de la escogencia sexual y su objeto : el cuerpo es atrapado. Entre ser y estar el sujeto podrá reconocerse de uno u otro sexo, ahí donde esta en juego una perdida necesaria ligada a la privación
