La crise est le moment du plus grand trouble. Ce moment décisif appelle une analyse profonde, un discernement sur la remise en cause du consensus en matière électorale en Afrique francophone, théâtre des conflits politiques au regard de l’actualité constitutionnelle et de l’historicité du phénomène. Aussi, pour concilier consensus et légitimité dans un cadre démocratique, convient-il, de déterminer par une démarche formaliste, les formes de délitement du consensus électoral. La recherche s’oriente ainsi vers des expédients contre la rupture du dialogue politique et le déficit de gouvernance électorale.

A crisis is the moment of greatest trouble. This critical moment calls for a deep analysis, a discernment on the jeopardizing of the consensus in electoral matters in French-speaking Africa, which experience (or are the field of) political conflicts with regard to the constitutional current interest and the historicity of this phenomenon. So, in order to reconcile consensus and legitimacy in a democratic framework, it is necessary to determine by a formalist approach, the forms of disintegration of the electoral consensus. The research is thus focused on ways against the breakdown of political dialogue and the discrepancy of electoral governance.
