Les institutions sont des formations du champ social, résultantes du nouage des quatre discours élaborés par Lacan, comme modalité de lecture du lien social. La clinique psychanalytique : « Elle a une base – C’est ce qu’on dit dans une psychanalyse2 » nous dit Lacan. A priori, il existe une antinomie radicale entre la psychanalyse et ce que représente le monde institutionnel, lui-même à l’épreuve de différentes cliniques. Néanmoins, une liaison entre ces deux entités a existé, la psychanalyse avait fait sa place en institution, place qu’aujourd’hui elle a perdue, peut-être, ou est en train de perdre. Alors comment et pourquoi recréer du lien ? L’enjeu est politique et éthique, afin de maintenir la place de la psychanalyse dans tous les lieux où la clinique du sujet se présente… La psychanalyse sans divan.
