Dans le sillage du processus synodal et des appels du pape François (Veritatis gaudium, Ad theologiam promovendam), cet article appelle à inscrire la formation des acteurs de l’Église dans la dynamique d’une théologie « en sortie », contextuelle, dialogale et transdisciplinaire. Il en résulte que la formation ecclésiale ne peut plus être uniquement académique et descendante : elle est appelée à être intégrale, continue et partagée, attentive à toutes les dimensions Cet article vise à introduire la déclaration du « groupe de Cagnola » qui le suit.

In the wake of the synodal process and Pope Francis’ calls (Veritatis gaudium, Ad theologiam promovendam), this article calls for the formation of Church workers to be part of the dynamic of an “outgoing”, contextual, dialogical and transdisciplinary theology. As a result, ecclesial formation can no longer be solely academic and top-down: it is called to be integral, ongoing and collaborative, attentive to every dimension of the person and open to interministerial collaboration. This article aims to introduce the statement by the “Cagnola group” that follows it.
