Il arrive fréquemment que le médecin thermal se trouve confronté à un manque d’informations (informations incomplètes ou absentes concernant les antécédents ou les traitements du patient) pouvant le gêner dans sa pratique quotidienne. Au travers d’une enquête déclarative et descriptive, nous avons pu confirmer ce manque d’informations auprès de 350 patients. Nous proposons une solution pour y remédier avec un projet de plateforme numérique permettant un échange sécurisé d’informations entre professionnels de santé distants

The Thermal physician is often confronted with a lack of information (incomplete or missing information about the patient’s history or treatment) that may interfere with his daily practice. Through a declarative and descriptive survey, we were abe to confirm this lack of information with 350 patients. We propose a solution to remedy this with a digital platform project allowing secure information exchange between distant healthcare professionals.
